Following his internship with the law firm Lalive & Budin, he worked as an associate and then as a partner with Charles Poncet until 1996, when he entered into a new partnership with Marc Bonnant, Dominique Warluzel, Olivier Péclard and Frédéric Marti. In 2000, he joined the law firm Canonica.
In 2002, he completed a LL.M. (International Commercial Law) at University of California (Davis). In the same year, he founded the law firm AH Legal with Philippe Houman. In 2012, he founded BAZ Legal with Yves Bonard and Guy Zwahlen.
He joined Bory & Partners on 1st October 2017.
He practices mainly in the fields of contract and corporate law, financial law, insolvency, and white collar crimes. While advising businesses, individuals and public administration, he favors a general and pragmatic practice of the law. As a litigation lawyer, he undertakes cantonal and federal proceedings in his main areas of practice.
He has been a substitute judge at the Court of appeals in Geneva from 1990 to 1996, and has resumed this function since 2014. He has also served and still serves as director of Swiss banks and companies.
He is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, of the Swiss Bar Association and of the Geneva Business Law Association.
