Description
Emmanuel Ducrest opened his own law firm in 1975, in partnership with Dominique Ducret. In 2002, he joined Laurence Bory.
At the same time, he served as a director of various companies and presided a major Geneva private hospital.
Emmanuel Ducrest has also been heavily involved in the special administration of various local companies with a view to their reorganisation or liquidation. He was a member of the board of directors of a major local bank for many years.
He is a member of the Swiss Bar Association and the Geneva Bar Association.
