Description

After completing a traineeship at Bernheim, Ming, Gouzer-Waechter & Halpérin, Corinne Nerfin worked as an associate of François Bolsterli until 1992, and then as a partner until 1995, when she became a junior partner at Valticos, Reymond, Mosimann & Veuillet.

In 1997, she set up her own law firm in partnership with Jacques Berta and Enrico Scherrer. In 2003, together with Jacques Berta, she joined the law firm of Laurence Bory and Emmanuel Ducrest.

Corinne Nerfin was an associate judge on the Appeals Commission for the Construction Act (1998 - 2006) and a member of the Geneva Bar Council (2006 - 2008). She taught at the Geneva Law School from its inception in 2011 until June 2020. She was a member of the Commission du Barreau, the supervisory body for lawyers registered with the Geneva Bar (2018 - 2023). She has been a member of the Children's Rights Commission of the Geneva Bar Association since its inception.

Corinne Nerfin favours direct contact with her clients and seeking compromise solutions, particularly in family matters.

She is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.
