ABOUT THE FIRM
Since it was established in 1994, the Firm has continued to grow dynamically, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
In 2002, Laurence Bory joined forces with Emmanuel Ducrest. They were joined by Corinne Nerfin and Jacques Berta, and later by Bernd Reinmüller. Since 1 January 2024, the team has been further strengthened by the arrival of young partners, Alexia Morel and Roxane Moussard. Each partner came with proven and recognised experience and knowledge in their respective fields, with their skills complementing each other.
The partners practise their profession with passion and determination. The Firm's priority is to provide its clients – whether individuals, legal entities or government bodies – with a high level of expertise and personalised service. Guided by their clients’ interests, they do their utmost to arrive at the best possible solution, either amicably or, if necessary, by defending their rights before the cantonal and federal authorities or before national and international arbitration bodies.
The Firm advises its clients in many spheres of everyday life and business activities, in particular in the areas of family law, criminal law, contract law, corporate law, real estate law and tenancy law, organisation of assets and inheritance law, labour law, immigration and social insurance law, arbitration and cross-border litigation.
In addition to their work at the Firm, the partners have always considered it natural and useful to be actively involved in parallel activities – as a law professor, a member of the supervisory body for lawyers, a trainer at the Geneva law school, the President of the Union Internationale des Avocats, or an active member of local politics and/or associations.
Their involvement has enabled them to forge close links with the judiciary, the academic and business worlds, and to develop a very wide network at local, national and international levels.
